We're just past the halfway mark of the 2016-2017 season for the Mean Green Men's Basketball team. North Texas faces some headwinds coming into the back half of their schedule and are at risk of missing the postseason altogether. The top half of the conference is pretty solid so there is no hiding behind weak opponents to pad stats and claim easy wins. Army 38 North Texas 31 OT/Final North Texas finished its turnaround season 5-8 after a loss in a rematch bowl game on Tuesday, December 27th against the Army Black Knights.
