Current Quality Control Coordinator and former NFL Dallas Cowboys running back Tashard Choice has been the Running Backs Coach for the North Texas Football program. The NCAA passed a rule change allowing a 10th position coach to be added for the coaching roster of all NCAA FBS programs. Choice was a member of the football staff for the 2017 season where the offense set numerous offensive records.
