Today the University of North Texas Athletic Department announced the 2016 Football schedule. We already knew who North Texas was going to play, it was just a matter of when. Having the bye week in the middle of the schedule should be useful for the Mean Green as it will allow the team to rest up for the second half of their season.

- Nov. 26 at UTEP
- Dec. 3 CUSA Conference Championship game

Keep in mind these exact dates could change should one of the Conference USA’s TV partners choose to televise a game on a Thursday night.
