North Texas fell to the UTEP Miners of El Paso. \u00a0The Mean Green had the lead late into the 4th period however seemed to fall apart when an offensive foul was called on Candice Adams even though it appeared the UTEP defender was either even with or passed her on the fast break. \u00a0Still, the Mean Green may have put all the teams in Conference USA on notice that the Mean Green are someone to not overlook.<\/p>\n
