The Mean Green managed another second half comeback to defeat the Incarnate Word Cardinals in San Antonio Texas in an early tip-off this afternoon. The Mean Green struggled in the first half shooting 27.3% from the floor and 20% from the line but came roaring back shooting 57.7% and 81.8%, respectively.
Acheil Tac led the team with 18 points (FG 7-11 63.6% FT 4-6 66.7%) and 10 bebounds (5 Offensive & 5 Defensive) on 30 minutes. Candice Adams also finished in doube digits with 14 points on 38 minutes.
